The Estate, Town Planning and Survey Directorate is the engine room of the Corporation. It is responsible for sourcing and acquiring suitable land, carrying out feasibility and valuation studies, preparing preliminary and topographical survey maps, and laying out estates into serviced plots ready for allocation. The directorate also manages the Corporation existing estates and processes applications for mortgage-assisted development on those estates.

Mandate & Responsibilities

Acquisition of land for the use of the Corporation
Preparation of valuation and feasibility reports
Physical inspection and monitoring of development on the estates
Preparation of preliminary, topographical and cadastral surveys
Management of estates and processing of mortgage loan applications

How to Apply

  1. Obtain an application form from the Corporation or the applicant portal.
  2. Complete the form and submit it along with the required documents.
  3. Applications are vetted; successful applicants receive an allocation.
  4. On payment of the bill, the allocation letter and survey plan are issued.
